ok having a bit of trouble finding the PG, PG13 or R ratings on a few of these movies here..can ya help me out?

Thanks r.s.b.p. I kinda thought they’d be but wasn’t sure…having a "Spy Themed" birthday party for my son who is turning 12 so..wanted to make sure the movies I rent are "age appropriate"
I thought the new ones..Casino Royale & Quantum of Solace were rated R…no? Only PG-13? Great..now I’m getting a bit confused as another person commented that the movies I’m reffering to would’ve gotten a PG13 had they had that rating back then….ok so let me pose question like this:
Would these three movies be appropiate for a 12yr old boys B-Day party. I would watch them with my son..but not sure how other parents would feel.

first off, whats YOUR favorite Bond movie? then tell why, then tell whose ur favorite actor to play Bond. Sean Connery, Roger Moore, George Lazenby, Timothy Dalton, Pierce Brosnan, or Daniel Craig. and PLEASE don’t send stupid things saying "DANIEL CRAIG SUCKS!" cause he doesn’t and please tell WHY you like the actor u do for the Bond role. and if u chose Connery don’t say "cause hes the original Bond" for 2 reasons. that’s not even a reason. and for another, he ISN’T the first Bond there was 1 before him too. then tell me ur favorite Bond Villain. and tell why. then answer me this.

and of course the answer is Casino Royale. Casino Royale was the Bond movie to make the most money world wide of ALL the movies. so there for. Casino Royale is the best Bond movie of them all. which i agree with 100%. 2nd is Quantum of Solace. now. please. don’t send me Hate mail. just answer the questions if u want to
i think the old Bonds arn’t as good as teh new ones because they are too crazy and unrealistic. i dont like the idea of using space lasers, invisible cars, a car that has everything u could ever need in teh EXACT place u need it. i meen cmon. thats what i like about Casino Royale and Quantum of Solace. instead of having EVERYTHING at his disposal, he has to make due with what he has. like in the fight between Bond and Slate(Quantum of Solace) he doesnt have some lame knife up his shoe. he grabs a scissor thats laying around. i lvoe that. he uses his invironment. just like matt Damon as Bourne in the Bourne trilogy. he uses a pen to fight with, a book, a hand towel(as a shield from a razor), a magazine. its awsome. same with Jackie Chan in his movies. he picks up anythign around him to fight with. sure the old Bonds are fun to watch. but Casino Royale and Quantum of Solace are the only ones i watch over and over. cause they have GREAT action. the others just don’t. but i still love ‘em
